Graine de chercheurs d’eurocitoyenneté

The Graine de Chercheurs d’Eurocitoyenneté (GCEur) project, funded by Erasmus+, empowers French and Romanian youth aged 15-17 from LPO Edouard Branly and Radio Romania partner schools to deepen Euro-citizenship awareness. Through local investigations into EU impacts (e.g funded infrastructure, organisations and policies) students create audio reports and podcasts, fostering digital skills and democratic engagement. A key mobility event in France pools findings to develop reusable educational tools, tested by younger pupils (11-15) in Boulonnais secondary schools. Led by European Independent Broadcasting Society (EIBS), with Radio Romania and the Lycée Édouard Branly, the 12-month initiative (April 2025–March 2026) aims to address low EU knowledge via innovative, media-driven learning and boost participation in European processes.
